Criteria

  • Verified professional identity
    A credible LinkedIn profile or documented employer/title.
  • 3+ years relevant experience
    Demonstrated depth in your area of expertise.
  • Complete profile
    Bio, expertise, offerings, and availability are all filled in.
  • Reference or verifiable portfolio
    At least one external reference or a portfolio we can review.
  • Agree to the disclaimer & code of conduct
    You confirm you act as an independent professional.
  • Hold the People Management Training certificate
    Earn the Akinwealth People Management Training certificate before approval — complete the modules, quiz, role-plays, and playbook items in the People Management hub.
