Be authentic

Represent yourself honestly. Don't impersonate others or share misleading information about jobs, salaries, or credentials.

Protect privacy

Don't share another person's personal details, contact info, or message contents without their consent. Keep your own sensitive information private too.

Flag, don't fight

If you see a post that breaks these guidelines, use the Report option so moderators can review it. Don't reply in anger or escalate a conflict.

Consequences

Our coaches and admins moderate the forum. Posts may be removed, and repeated or serious violations can lead to loss of posting access or removal from the community.
